Art&Tech 2017 – Spring/Summer 2017

In the relationship between art and tech, there is something fundamental denoting the component of mutuality between the two. Besides, the word téchne in ancient Greek referred to both concepts. The ne collection of Fabio Porliod has melded gracefully the téchne with sequins, tulle and satin. The female body seems to be enveloped in a liquid metal: thanks to the stylist’s clever use of materials, capable of bringing us back to the real art&tech proud of its roots, elegance meets with splendor and charm typical of the post-industrial manufacturing industry. Tulle and satin are perfectly matched with the suppleness of the female body, now even more sensual thank to the vertiginous slits realizad by the young designer.
